Couples looking for comfort
We were immediately made to feel welcome by the owners , and our room was as comfortable as any hotel room we've stayed in anywhere. The bed was huge and extremely comfy , it delivered an exceptionally good nights sleep.
Wasn't exactly a bargain , but still acceptable.

Warm hospitality from the owners made check-in pleasant.
The evening meal was disappointing. we were presented with a roast dinner with no choice and charged £12 per head for it, which felt overpriced considering the portion size. I was surprised to learn I had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast despite believing it was included in the room rate, leading to an additional cost that we hadn't anticipated. I left feeling confused and a bit underwhelmed given the high expectations set by the lovely owners.

The room was super comfy with a huge bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Everything we needed was in there, and it was neat and tidy. Loved the quirky decor in the bar area too, which gave it a nice vibe. Shower pressure was a bit lower than I'd like, and having more charging points would’ve been handy, but overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

Exceptional Hosts and Cozy Atmosphere
Curt and Susie were absolutely delightful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and furnished beautifully, with a super comfy bed that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the personalized breakfast options that included a mix of traditional warm items, making each morning feel special. parking can get a bit tight, especially if locals are stopping by the nearby shops.

The central location was perfect, making it easy to explore the village. The hospitality stood out, with the owners going out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. Breakfast offered a delightful spread with homemade preserves that added a special touch to the meal. the room could use some updates, and the shower pressure was lower than expected. A few amenities were lacking, such as adequate charging points.
